If you wish to cancel the order after it has been processed and until the time goods are delivered, you will be charged 50% of the order value and we will refund the rest of the amount already paid within two weeks’ time.

In rare cases, it may be possible that due to uncontrollable reasons beyond packaging and transit safety, the products quality might get affected. Although our quality, delivery and packaging team inspects each and every item carefully for any defect or damage, there may be an off chance that product can be damaged while in transit. But this should not be a cause of worry for you as we have a policy to replace the damaged article for this reason as well as for any factory defect. The only quick action which you need to take in this regard is that immediately inform the delivery team about this or as soon as the package is received by you. This is important part of the process for the replacement of the items.
It’s appreciable and required to inform us for any such event within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. We shall take utmost care for replacement/refund in two weeks after the complaint is lodged with us.
Below are some of the do-able things in this regard:
1. The product should not be used once it needs to be replaced/returned. Kindly don’t remove any labels, tags, identification codes etc. from it
2. You would be required to present the invoice in original while returning the products
3. Post-delivery damages are not considered valid for returns, replacements and/or refund
We shall do our best to replace the above said product. However, sometimes it may be possible that the same article is not available in the ready stock and in that case we shall provide you a full refund. As a process our quality assurance team will inspect any returned items requiring a refund and only when it passes our standard quality assurance test will we be able to fully refund your purchase. Taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable.
